NAME AND SHAME

Pako Mutizera is not a transporter, does not own Trucks, cannot sign a legal contract.

He submits a GIT with a spreadsheet of trucks, applying for a transporter contract, the trucks and GIT belong to another transporter who does not know Pako is using his assets to gain access to a lucrative contract.

I am not sure exactly what benefit the contract has for Pako who is a citizen of Botswana.
