I think if you are still new in the business the companies dont want to risk working with you until they know your business operation and they prefered the logistics that they normaly used. The more they know you its the more you are going to get contracts.

we have won many contracts as a new company! It depends on how you treat your clients, how effective your communication is and how transparent you are.

there are so many dodgy companies in this industry that people always take caution, and so they should!
